Is excellent - I have been identified as a high potential leader and receive consistent promotional and growth opportunities.
Is good - my managers are invested in developing my leadership skills and I have been given some promotional and growth opportunities.
Is fair - while I receive some leadership and promotional opportunities, it seems that my potential is not often recognized.
Is diminishing - my leadership and growth opportunities are stalled.

2. I identify my leadership strengths and weaknesses through:
A recent performance evaluation, 360° assessment, personality and emotional intelligence measures have provided feedback to clearly identify my strengths and areas where I need to grow.
